How It Works

  1. Download & open Double-click the downloaded file and follow the prompts to launch Splashtop SOS.
  2. Share your code Tell your technician the 9-digit code shown on screen — by phone, email, or chat.
  3. Allow access When prompted, click "Allow" to grant your technician a view of your screen.
